PRIVACY

Your privacy.

How this website handles the details you choose to share.

Your submissions
When you submit an inquiry, meeting request, or career interest, the site stores your name, email, selected interest, message, consent, and any optional profile link. Meeting requests also store your preferred time and device time zone. These records are available to the configured site owner in a protected workspace. Submission alerts may be sent to authorized team members when email delivery is connected.

Newsletter interest
Your name, email, language, consent time, and subscription choice are stored. Email addresses are not verified by email and mailing is not active. A private preference link lets you unsubscribe. Keep that link private; anyone who has it can change your preference. The owner can also delete a record.

Visitor counts
We collect aggregate page views and completed-form counts by date and path. We do not store visitor IDs, analytics cookies, raw IP addresses, advertising profiles, or third-party tracking scripts. Owner visits are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Aggregate analytics older than 90 days are removed when new events arrive.

Spam prevention
Forms use a hidden bot field, a signed form token, server validation, and request limits. A rotating, keyed hash of the network address is used for rate limits; the raw address is not stored by this application. Hosting infrastructure may separately process essential technical data.

Preferences and access
Your language and animation preferences and optional analytics opt-out are stored on your device. The owner workspace uses a separate SBN account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes with a server-side secret; authentication sessions use secure cookies. Team access is limited by role. Email notifications may be sent to authorized team members when delivery is connected. Public visitors do not need an account.

Retention and requests
Submissions and signup records remain until the site owner removes them. If you want your details reviewed or deleted, send an introduction specifying a privacy request and the email used. The owner can delete records from the workspace. Backups exported by the owner need separate handling. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or confidential documents.

Future changes
This notice should be updated before adding email campaigns, additional processors, or other uses of personal data.
